Payment Terms:

Payment is split as follows:

50% upon signing the project contract and 50% upon delivery of the beta preview. Finalized deliverables will be provided upon full payment.Subtitles or captions, if required, will incur additional charges.Taxes will be applied as required.

Deliverables:

Final videos will be delivered in 1920x1080 resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The standard format is MP4; other formats can be provided upon request. Source files will be shared upon client request after the final video delivery.

Invoices:

Final invoices will be issued upon full payment clearance.

By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receiving communications from us, including emails and text messages.

2. Limited License

Grant of License:

Kinetic Text grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the materials provided on the Site for personal use only.

Restrictions:

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our materials without explicit permission.

Termination of License:

This license will automatically terminate if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials.
